About me
Hi, I’m Nuchy, welcome to my kitchen!
Growing up in Asia, food has always been a source of comfort and I’ve seen communities come closer and show care for each other through food and I’ve always loved spending time in my family kitchen. It was only when I had to quit my job during my last pregnancy that I stumbled upon baking as a way to occupy myself and I was hooked.
Baking is therapy for me. Through the baking, I allow myself to switch off and go with the flow. It relaxes me and helps me focus. And to see the happy and content faces of my family and friends enjoying the fruits of my labour is everything.
Having lived in Asia, Europe and now America, I have experienced and learnt multiple cuisines and I’m always eager to experiment and incorporate these flavours and varieties in my bakes.
